Upon proposal acceptance, both parties execute:

  1. MSA — Master Services Agreement governing all VLN engagements
  2. SOW — Statement of Work specific to this engagement
  3. Mutual NDA — Covering all exchanged information
  4. Rules of Engagement Letter — Signed authorization for active testing
