Legal Framework
Upon proposal acceptance, both parties execute:
- MSA — Master Services Agreement governing all VLN engagements
- SOW — Statement of Work specific to this engagement
- Mutual NDA — Covering all exchanged information
- Rules of Engagement Letter — Signed authorization for active testing
